Dennis Earl Friday is the President and CEO of DCIA Financial Services, LLC, a firm he founded to help individuals, families, and business owners build confident financial futures. A licensed Financial Professional serving Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, Dennis brings over 35 years of experience in retirement income planning, life insurance strategies, and legacy preservation.
Dennis began his career in 1990 with New York Life at their Watergate office in Washington, D.C. After gaining valuable experience, he transitioned to an independent broker role in 1993. In 1996, he founded DCIA Financial Services, Inc., which evolved into DCIA Financial Services, LLC in 2012. Under his leadership, the firm has maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau since 2019—a testament to the trust and integrity that define its operations.
Specializing in comprehensive financial strategies, Dennis and his team have served a wide range of clients, including current and retired Federal Government employees, District of Columbia and Maryland state workers, and professionals from the private sector. The firm’s deep expertise covers FERS, FEGLI, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), as well as 401(k), 403(b), and 457 rollover solutions.
Throughout his career, Dennis has earned numerous accolades from leading financial organizations such as New York Life, Allianz, American Equity, and Advisors Excel (2019, 2020). He is also a past Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier and recognized as an Elite Advisor with Security Benefit.
