Becoming a member of SafeMoney.com is not guaranteed upon payment. After submitting your payment, you will receive a series of important qualification questions that must be answered. Your responses will be reviewed, and approval as an independent advisor member will be contingent upon meeting the required criteria. Safe Money Broadcasting, LLC reserves the right to deny membership based on the responses to these qualification questions. If your membership application is denied, your payment will be refunded in full.

Safe Money Broadcasting, LLC reserves the right to terminate any advisor listing without refund for serious allegations of misconduct, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, theft, and violations of good business practices.

Termination of Access

Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in King County, Washington, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All setup fees and annual membership costs for SafeMoney.com are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting Safe Money Broadcasting, LLC. Future billing will terminate upon cancellation.
Content Usage by Financial Professionals
Financial professionals may only use SafeMoney.com and its branding concepts, consumer guides, articles, handouts, brochures, webinars, and content through a contractual agreement with Safe Money Broadcasting, LLC. This agreement must include written permission from Safe Money Broadcasting, subscription to the SafeMoney.com program, and agreed-upon payments to Safe Money Broadcasting. Purchased listings by financial professionals are available on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing may change after 12 calendar months from the date of the initial listing. Each listing is designated for a single licensed insurance agent, insurance broker, or financial advisor and is not transferable.
SafeMoney.com listings and listing information may not be substituted at any point for anyone other than the designated financial professional for each individual listing. The purchasing party can terminate or suspend the purchased advisor listing at any time, but there are no refunds.
If an individual listing is canceled for a designated financial professional within 12 calendar months of the date of purchase, any renewal of a listing for that designated financial professional will be subject to retail cost by Safe Money Broadcasting once the 12 calendar months are satisfied. Once an individual listing is canceled for a designated financial professional, the designated financial professional must cease use of SafeMoney.com materials and content in their business. Continuing use of SafeMoney.com consumer materials and content after a listing cancellation will subject the parties using SafeMoney.com materials under violation of these terms and conditions to possible litigation.
Content Usage by Third-Party Financial Companies
Only with contractual agreement with Safe Money Broadcasting, LLC, including but not limited to written authorized permission by Safe Money Broadcasting and agreed-upon payments to Safe Money Broadcasting, may insurance agencies, field marketing organizations, independent marketing organizations, insurance carriers, broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, and other third-party financial companies use SafeMoney.com and any of its branding concepts, consumer guides, articles, handouts, brochures, and any other content for SafeMoney.com.
Purchased listings by third-party financial companies for their appointed financial professionals are for an annual basis only. Pricing may be subject to change after 12 calendar months from the date of applied listing. Each listing may only be used for one designated licensed insurance agent, insurance broker, and/or financial advisor (designated financial professional) and is not transferable.
SafeMoney.com listings and listing information may not be substituted at any point for anyone other than the designated financial professional for each individual listing. The purchasing party can terminate or suspend the purchased advisor listing at any time, but there are no refunds.
