Membership Qualification and Approval

SafeMoney.com reserves the right to deny membership based on the responses to these qualification questions. If your membership application is denied, your payment will be refunded in full.

Use of Advisor Member Content

By enrolling as a member of SafeMoney.com, you grant the company a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute any logos, photographs, biographical content, branding, or other materials (“Member Content”) you provide for the purposes of promoting your listing, inclusion in directories, advertising, and other related business purposes. This license remains in effect during your membership and for a reasonable period thereafter to accommodate administrative processing. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

You acknowledge that SafeMoney.com is not liable for any delay or oversight in removing your Member Content following cancellation of your membership. While reasonable efforts will be made to remove such content promptly upon termination, you expressly waive any claim related to continued display or use of Member Content after cancellation.

Intellectual Property Rights

Advisor Membership: Inactivity Cancellation & Reinstatement

Advisor accounts (i.e., licensed independent financial professionals or financial educators) must remain active through timely payments and regular communication with the SafeMoney.com team.
If no payment is received and no communication occurs with SafeMoney.com for a continuous period of two weeks (10 business days), your advisor membership will be automatically canceled.
Once canceled, your membership can be reinstated only upon payment of the applicable setup fee, submission of a new qualification and registration form, and confirmation of your request to resume participation.
Any data, custom settings, or promotional materials associated with the previous membership may no longer be retained or accessible upon cancellation.
Current standard rates will apply at the time of reinstatement. Any previously granted discounted or promotional rates will no longer be valid.
Annual memberships must be renewed on or before the designated renewal date. If payment is not received by the renewal date, your advisor profile will be automatically unpublished from the platform.
If payment is not received within ten (10) business days following the renewal date, your membership will be considered lapsed, and a new setup fee will be required for reinstatement.

Termination of Access

SafeMoney.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and any associated services at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, U.S.A. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in King County, Washington, in disputes. Use is unauthorized in jurisdictions that do not uphold these Terms. No agency or employment relationship is formed. SafeMoney.com reserves the right to comply with legal requests. If any provision is invalid, it will be replaced with one that matches the original intent and the remainder will stay in effect.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All setup fees and annual membership costs are non‑refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Future billing will cease upon cancellation.

Video Production & Membership Disclaimer

Video production services are an exclusive benefit reserved for active SafeMoney.com Advisor Members. All produced videos—whether branded, unbranded, or customized—are licensed solely for use during the term of an active membership.

If a membership is canceled, expired, or otherwise forfeited, the member immediately loses all rights to use, distribute, display, or promote the video(s) produced by SafeMoney.com. Upon cancellation, any associated videos will be removed from SafeMoney.com platforms, and the former member is strictly prohibited from continuing to use them in any capacity, including but not limited to websites, social media, SEO purposes, advertising, or client communications.

Unauthorized use of SafeMoney.com video materials after cancellation is a direct violation of membership terms and intellectual property rights. SafeMoney.com reserves the right to take any necessary action to protect its brand, content, and SEO integrity.

By participating in the video production service, members acknowledge and agree to these terms as a condition of their membership.

Safe Money TV™ Advertising Campaigns – Disclaimer

All fees paid toward Safe Money TV™ or streaming advertising campaigns—including setup, production, and media placement—are non-refundable once processed.
SafeMoney.com acts solely as a facilitator for these advertising opportunities and does not produce, guarantee, or manage the advertising campaigns themselves.
SafeMoney.com assumes no liability for the performance, outcomes, or results of any advertising campaign. It is the sole responsibility of the participating advisor to ensure all submitted materials comply with their firm’s advertising policies and applicable regulations.
Participation in Safe Money TV™ campaigns is at the advisor’s own risk. SafeMoney.com makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding effectiveness, audience reach, or return on investment.

Content Usage by Financial Professionals

Use of SafeMoney.com materials requires a contract and payment. Listings are non‑transferable and for one licensed professional only. Unauthorized use or post‑cancellation usage may result in legal action.

Advisor/Agency Responsibility Clause

If you list another advisor or agency, you are responsible for ensuring they comply with these Terms.

Content Usage by Third-Party Financial Companies

Third-party financial companies must enter a written agreement and pay fees to use SafeMoney.com content. Listings are for one licensed professional, non-transferable, and renewed at retail price if canceled within 12 months.

Intellectual Property Notices

No Ownership or Equity Rights

Safe Money Certification Usage Terms

Certification is granted at SafeMoney.com’s discretion, is non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable.

Certification is personal and non-transferable.
